This software transforms 3d rotation angle in a rotation matrix and vice versa. Following parameter of the rotation angles are available:

• Quaternion
• Rotation x,y,z Axis (rotate Axis)
• Rotation z,y,x Axis (rotate Axis)
• Azimuth, Elevation, Roll

The software is available for Micorsoft and Linux systems using the GTK+ GUI.
